While the Bathmate has been my favorite Penis Enlargement device thus far and managed to get some insane temporary gains and even long term gains, I'm disappointed that I have a defective unit and even more so in the lack of responses from the company.

I found two very small pin hole leaks in the rubber compression area where the seam is. So not only is air being drawn in constantly creating these large air pockets, but upon compressing the unit down, water is expelled.

I emailed the company 4 days ago and have heard nothing since. Nothing in my spam folder. Then I emailed this guy: gusti@Bathmate.eu over two days ago and have heard nothing since. I don't expect an hour turn around time, but days on end is a bit much.

DLD, do you have any other contact info for these people? I'm not sure how this can be fixed outside of a replacement. I have only owned the unit since April 10th.

I am a huge advocate for DLD to get hired by Bathmate... it sucks seeing posts like this from other customer's just like yourself where the company is not responsive to your emails... I hope your situation gets rectified soon.

I would say give it another day for a response as the weekend would not count as far as working days. I am trying to take over the customer service for Bathmate but this has not happened yet. In the meantime I will facilitate as much as I can to help with these issues. If you do not hear from them by tomorrow I will take care of it for you.

Is there better contact for them to try to get this resolved?

I absolutely love the product but the customer service has to improve by leaps and bounds at this point.

We are working on improving all parts of customer service but in the meantime, remain patient and understand you will be satisfied. Bathmate is doing all they can to address all issues asap and has assured me everything will be taken care of asap. It is very important to realize the nature of this relationship on many levels and all Bathmate users know this is true, you are getting custom service here, I help everyone solve these problems and facilitate something NO OTHER Bathmate DEALER can state. Yes, you have some problems but you also have a place to come and solve any and all issues about the Bathmate. Not only help in fixing orders but help is using the Bathmate! We are pioneers of the Bathmate and our forum reflects this. We have all learned to "grow" with the company. They are new and we, MOS, are very old. I am on board with these guys and I know, just as MOS has matured in things of this nature, Bathmate will too. It will need to be a patient effort, as a father does for his son, but in time Bathmate will have a perfect product with absolutely NO NEED for customer service because of it's perfection! Yes! Bathmate 1 has had some very minor design issues that are known and will be sorted. Bathmate 2, whatever and whenever this may be, will correct these things and incorporate all of our priceless data, thousands of pages of user feedback, into this model. Until then, I will stick with my Bathmate, even if she does have a few scars.

I can tell you this much Fuck the comfort pad anyway! In my honest opinion, it should have never been added. I look at the Comfort Pad more as I would pulling the limiter off my Range Rover, it is a must! lol :) This may sound sili but some things in penis enlargement are just that way. Don't think for a second SizeGenetics does not take each and every word we say into consideration for future models? Of course they do and I am proud to be part of the group that is influential in these changes. It is WIDELY known that the SizeGenetics head attachment falls short of being perfect, AS ALL EXTENDERS DO! But, that is no bother to MOS, we make it better through creative modifications and these important details create what our future models holds in store! Looking back on many things I have created in Penis Enlargement and the changes and modifications that were listened to....Fuck, look at what the PowerAssist has become! The LengthMaster, the DeathStar of Penis Enlargement. EVERY SINGLE WORD men said about the PowerAssist did not go on deaf ears! Believe me, I am a bright boy! Every suggestion, improvement and modification that men made about the PowerAssist became the LengthMaster! Shame really, there are more than 1000 PowerAssists in the world! Amazing really, for such a cult devoice! There is not even 10% of that in LengthMaster users! I know, we hand make them. The LengthMaster is the MOST POWERFUL Penis Enlargement TOOL EVER! I am in no way trying to make up for the problems some have experienced with customer service, not at all. At best I am saying many of us are being selfish and inpatient. Selfish it not a bad thing really, it fuels the change of tomorrow:) I really want each of us Bathmate users to take a second and look at how much we have learned, pioneered, gained and created with Bathmate, just as they are! This is priceless. My personal service in facilitating, answering questions, typing letters, creating posts, etc., etc. another priceless addition to the Bathmate pump. I have heard of NO OTHER ISSUE outside of the comfort pad, none. I think one guy had a slight valve problem and was shipped a brand new model. EVERY SINGLE GUY HERE KNOWS how MUCH Bathmate has done. Sure, it has taken some time to answer all customer emails, posts, phone calls, shit, I can't imagine what they have to deal with and THEY ARE NEW!

Let's stop with AIRING customer service issues on the forum and start finding creative solutions so we can grow with the Bathmate company as they strive to become better. I will set up a subforum in the near future for all customer service issues and this will serve to help people with similar issues. It is not a secret that needs to be reiterated 1000 times. There is many threads that already explain what the process is for replacement. Every single one of those threads ended with UNBELIEVABLE customer service. No one should fear anything in the process as the threads are there as evidence of such.

Please, everyone be patient and settle in for the long haul. Sometimes a LengthMaster can take up to 3 weeks to be derived! I do not have ONE disappointed customer!:) We are a brotherhood here and we all look out for each other. There is no getting duped on a forum that has been online since many guys were kids! We are a good group and we are here to help one another in all parts of the Penis Enlargement process. Have fun, learn some very cool ways to make your penis bigger and enjoy the ride.

No problem. The protocol at such is: Bathmate Customer Service. This protocol should be followed and users NEED to be patient as they get to all customers. In the near future there will be better systems in place, until them lets rally round the family with a pocket full of lead:) Our brotherhood is strong, we look after each other. Have no worries, everything gets done eventually:)

Yes, I now have access to their system and can put in trouble tickets, check order status and help with warranty issues. I have a certain degree of ability within the system and it seems quite good. I hope to be able to help with all customer care.

Freaking awesome, glad you are on board with Bathmate now! :) I can only see more good coming out of this for future issues. Glad to see this finally took place!
