Bathmate DEALER can state. Yes, you have some problems but you also have a place to come and solve any and all issues about the
Bathmate. Not only help in fixing orders but help is using the

Bathmate and our forum reflects this. We have all learned to "grow" with the company. They are new and we,
MOS, are very old. I am on board with these guys and I know, just as
MOS has matured in things of this nature,
Bathmate will too. It will need to be a patient effort, as a father does for his son, but in time
Bathmate will have a perfect product with absolutely NO NEED for customer service because of it's perfection! Yes!
Bathmate 1 has had some very minor design issues that are known and will be sorted.
Bathmate 2, whatever and whenever this may be, will correct these things and incorporate all of our priceless data, thousands of pages of user feedback, into this model. Until then, I will stick with my
Bathmate, even if she does have a few scars.
I can tell you this much Fuck the
comfort pad anyway! In my honest opinion, it should have never been added. I look at the
Comfort Pad more as I would pulling the limiter off my Range Rover, it is a must! lol

Bathmate users to take a second and look at how much we have learned, pioneered, gained and created with
Bathmate, just as they are! This is priceless. My personal service in facilitating, answering questions, typing letters, creating posts, etc., etc. another priceless addition to the
Bathmate pump. I have heard of NO OTHER ISSUE outside of the
comfort pad, none. I think one guy had a slight valve problem and was shipped a brand new model. EVERY SINGLE GUY HERE KNOWS how MUCH
Bathmate has done. Sure, it has taken some time to answer all customer emails, posts, phone calls, shit, I can't imagine what they have to deal with and THEY ARE NEW!
Let's stop with AIRING customer service issues on the forum and start finding creative solutions so we can grow with the
Bathmate company as they strive to become better. I will set up a subforum in the near future for all customer service issues and this will serve to help people with similar issues. It is not a secret that needs to be reiterated 1000 times. There is many threads that already explain what the process is for replacement. Every single one of those threads ended with UNBELIEVABLE customer service. No one should fear anything in the process as the threads are there as evidence of such.
Please, everyone be patient and settle in for the long haul. Sometimes a
LengthMaster can take up to 3 weeks to be derived! I do not have ONE disappointed customer!
We are a brotherhood here and we all look out for each other. There is no getting duped on a forum that has been online since many guys were kids!
