Ok so for a couple of days I've held off on masturbating and when I did it this morning it came out like terrible. It just oozed down instead of shooting, I figured i'd tell you guys some things i'm not quite sure that could be help contributing to this . Now im not sure but number 1 is alot of times i don't use the bathroom as soon as i need to use it and end up holding it for a long while at times. this one may sound weird but when im on my laptop the weight of it is on my groin area and feels like it somewhat puts pressure around there and I also feel sometimes walking around I have some pressure on my right testicle. I've gotten it checked out i think last year by 3 places.... for a while i thought i had some cancer or something.. one of them was a urologist, a hospital and a family doctor and told me there was no cancer and i think it was something dealing with some extra water in my testicle. I forget what it's called though. Does something sound serious with me or will kegeling just sort this all out in time?
 
There are numerous reason why you aren't shooting off anymore. First it can be your water intake. Once your body reaches partial hydration, excess water is diverted into you glands that produce your ejaculatory fluids. Secondly, Kegels are the key to a strong CS. This strengthening of the pelvic floor will allow you to have more forceful ejaculations. And lastly, try timing you body's natural spurts with Kegels as you cum. It may be hard at first but once you get it down you will never forget it.
 
In addition to kegels, you might want to actually practice them by stopping your urine flow several times during each urination. Holding your urine for a long time after you've gotten the urge to go puts a prolonged stress on your bladder sphincter, it may simply be getting tired, then when you try to force out some cum during ejaculation it overrelaxes and you get retrograde ejaculation; where ejaculate actually shoots back into your bladder.

Also stopping your urine flow will show you just how quickly your bladder shuts off; an immediate stop is a good sign, the longer it takes the more it indicates that kegeling should help.

Very true. One of the biggest differences between myself and those who were involved with Penis Enlargement at the time I was starting was kegels. I was super religious about my kegel work and it really paid off.
 
kegels didn't do much at all to help me shoot. I even do weighted kegels while hanging and to no avail. I can stop the flow of urine on a dime and hold it till days end
 
What about sperm volume, i wanna be able to shoot around 5 thick heavy loads.

Is there any natural method to achieve that?

Dude, are you on any benzos like alprazolan, xanax or valium and such?

Those can do this as a side effect...

Happened to me :( as a treatment for anxiety...
 
Increase your water intake. When your body reaches full saturation or hydration the excess water will be diverted into the penis, increasing flaccid size. And some water will be diverted to the glands and ducts that produce your ejaculatory fluids.
 
Are they saying you have hydrocele in your scrotum that's accumulating around one testicle? I'm not sure what they're referring to as the fluid should distribute to both.

I can vouch for the multiple orgasms with strong kegal practice. I've been mighty lax on those. Might as well do them as I'm sitting here. Don't worry too much about it. Not every squirt is going to be powerful everytime. It also depends on the build up time (not days without ejaculation but foreplay and long sessions before finishing)
 
I have the same problem and i am only 23 i never shoot when i cum also my ejaculation volume is very small it's really anoying because i think i'm infertile<:( i drink alot of water so thats not the case im gonna try some maca and see if it helps and sorry for my bad english :)
 
A lot of things can affect your body's sperm production/maturation. Stress and diet are two biggies. Work on your kegals as well. Gotta have strong shooters....
 
Also remember that "shooting" involves buiilding up substantial pressure, both in your penis itself and in your entire ejaculatory tract. And with practice you can raise the pressure levels of each in order to achieve that ���� star distance and volume.
As your sexual excitation increases so does your erection level, increasing the pressure in your Corpora Cavernosa and leading to a larger, harder erection; but also increased is the pressure surrounding your urethra nestled inside your Spongiosum. The longer you can finely balance the build-up with the hold-back the larger volume and pressure you'll end up with.

That's where kegels, egding, practice and all around general good health come in.

I've always maintained that there are three ways to get really good at anything: 1.Practice, 2.Practice, &, 3.More Practice.

If you wanna fire-off those long distance shots; ya gotta train for those long distance shots.
