Been PEing on and off, but I've been doing some consistent hanging for about a month or so now. My current routine is
Stretch BTC (left, middle, right) 30 secs
Then straight down (left, middle, right) 30 secs
Then straight out (left, middle, right) 30 secs
Then straight up (left, middle, right) 30 secs

After 1 set of those stretches, I hang BTC with the captains wrench for 20 minutes then repeat the stretches. I'm only hanging 5 pounds for now since BTC is a new angle for me
After the repeat stretches, I will wear an extender for 20 minutes or so if I have the time to prevent turtling.

I do at least 2 sets of hanging per day, more if I have time. I do some of the basic stretches when I go to the bathroom throughout the day. My time is pretty limited, but my focus is length. What time-effective things can I add to my current routine to make my routine more effective? Thanks
 
All looks great to me. My only critique would be get more out of your extender. If you could fit a few extra hours in a day you will see even better length gains. Now I am assuming this is a length only workout, correct?
 
I'm really focusing on length for now. I've learned that a girthier penis is harder to gain length in, than a thinner one. I believe one thread used the rubber band analogy. My EG is a tad past 5 inches mid shaft, but eventually I will aim for girth. As far as not getting more use out of the extender, I am gone for a good portion of the day with school and work, which doesn't allow me to conceal an extender. This thread may end up re-posted as I believe I revised it a tad and then submitted again so I apologize for that. Thanks for the advice fellas!
