I tried out creatine for two or three weeks now and I can say my stamina has improved tremendously. Only side effect is I CANNOT eat any fast food at all now. I also noticed that I seem to get angrier now than before I took those pills. I have a lot of strength, awareness, and agility. Overall I give it a 8 out of 10. It does it's job, but with some side-effects.

whats the reason for taking the creatine?
personally ive never felt any side effects whatsoever

Because I have an active lifestyle now. From 6 to 1 P.M I go to college...then from 6 to 12 I go to work. I prefer not drinking monsters every day.

I've never "felt" the effects of creatine. It sounds like you're taking something mixed with the creatine. I've never heard of anyone raging from it.

Creatine doesn't give you energy, like the caffeine you are comparing it to.

It won't cause you to get angry either. There are some testosterone boosters that have that side effect but no way with creatine. Only side effect you will get is excess water retention and having to pee a lot more

Searched a bit a bit creatine and test and found this, appearently creatine increases DHT levels. Other than that creatine helps with your muscles ability to contract in higher efforts. I feel it a lot when I go to the gym, I can continue for a longer time and won't feel as tired.

Some people get problems with there stomache or acne but I never heard about people getting agressive.

I really like creatine though.

I take creatine since i workout 4 times a week. The only thing ive noticed is that i get horny easily and i have increased stamina during workouts.

i take CEE that i put into gel caps but i think Im going back to monohydrate because i can just dump it in a shake.

creatine has been said to raise testosterone levels too. it def helps with muscle gains and recovery.

I fail now as well. I need to get back to it.
Time management is really important to get this in.

What we gotta do is when the thought comes into our head. We need to completely and absolutely ignore it and move on to something different. if you're tempted to masturbate the best thing to do is start something else that has nothing to do with sex.

Okey I was referring to doing cardiovascular work with my body, like running and lifting weight. 🙂

But I agree with you. Often it's learned behaviors. When we are bored we are going for naked people movies. The way to deal with it is exactly as you told me. Thanks.
I will start to meditate in the morning.
