Hi i begging with the supersets that were recommended on this site, with pumping and jelquing 3 sets, How muh time i need to use the cock ring and for how much time?? i am using using with semi hard as the picture, I have learned a lot here i think i will finally see results! Thanks

As close to erect as you can, the idea is to trap as much expansion as possible and to keep this pump for as long as possible. It is not uncommon for men to remove the ring every now and then to pump in more blood and retrap.

I've got one like that I use for constricted pumping I am the Bathmate.. Very good cock ring.. Mine is called a "lasso" but is pretty much the same thing

You want to wear the cock ring for at least 1 hour before taking it off. You can as well wear it for 1 hour, take it off and do 10 minutes of SSJ and then put the cock ring on for another 1 hour. You will gain faster this way.
