I would cut your routine in half for a couple weeks then reduce the days down to once per week. In my opinion you should continue to do a workout once a week for ever just to keep you in peak sexual health.

I'm just starting your newbie routine. I was wondering, is it advisable to cement at regular stages, ie, 1-2months or whatever.
Could this slow gorwth down, or would it be better to just go nuts for say six months and then cement for a while??
I want to make gains, and keep them but I find I'm best on programs (weightlifting) where things change (more intense/less intense) rather than the same for months on end??
Plus I'd like to focus for a month or two and then enjoy some newbie gains before getting into it for more, what do you think?
