I bought the BM x30 xtreme a while ago, i already have the x40 but i don't like the expansion, huge difference with the xtreme hand pump, it's awesome. :cool:
I get really good expansion, and although my flaccid doesn't stay huge like some guys, my erect girth stays big for most of the day.
The problem is, every so often ill take a couple days off, just to see if im making any head way (i should also note that i do manuals every other day, and clamping, there's just no way i can put any more manual in because im sore as fuck after).
so ive been putting it in, and every time i got on a little break within 2 days im right back to my original starting girth.
I don't know why its not cementing. there have been times where i was making far less expansion using just manuals and i cemented my gains in a shorter period of time.
Its almost got me wondering if because the pump expands the tissues, it's allowing for the tissues to revert back to size alot easier, where as with manual and clamping, your really tearing the tunica, causing micro fiber tares, eventually leading to cemented gains.
I don't know, all i can say is that it's really pissing me off for lack of a better words.
 
taking days off is definitely a killer. try not to miss a work out for several months and you will gain momentum with your training. you really need to hit it every day and when u get conditioned try two a days

ya your probably right, i just don't understand how i made gains so much faster in the past getting far less expansion, and less frquently. it like my dick just doesn't want to hold the size.

Definitely good advice and something I would follow. I also would include a few other exercises to help make these gains permanent. Bundle Stretching is so important to girth gains as the biggest limiting factor is the Tunica, the extremely dense tissue that contains the CC and CS. Bundled Stretching pre-stretches the Tunica allowing for greater gains but it also makes the Tunica to stretch. Since the Tunica only has 5% elasticity, once it is stretched it will never go back allowing you to hold these gains. The same thing will repeat itself as you gain more and more. When training with your BathMate are you following the SRT method of 5x5x3? This is also a much better method of expansion than pumping alone. The combination makes all the difference. Also, do not forget to wear your cock ring after girth routine to keep as much of the expansion as possible.
 
Before you pump, do some bundled __________ stretches.

ALWAYS Bundle before any routine, it is a great service to the Tunica!

Settle into PE as if it were your new home, one you will be in for a while or forever. PE is something that takes proper effort and realistic time frames. Remember, if it were easy we would not be anything special.
 
Try adding the VacuVin mod to your X40...if you think the extreme version of the X30 is powerful, just wait until you feel what the VV mod can do! As Mike suggested, do some SSJ's in between sets to control the FR. You can also incorporate some expressive stretching while in the VV/BM cuz the seal is incredible!

Indeed and it is the cheapest way to imitate the Xtreme.
 
I had to shime in. When you put a cock ring on after girth training for passive healing. Should it be tight enough so the penis isn't soft to the touch like a regular flaccid? Should the chambers be filled with blood, making your penis
filler/harder to the touch?

I don't know how to explain it.

You should put the ring on directly after girth work to hold as much blood and expansion you can, for as long as you can. What I suggest is to re-stimulate yourself if the pump goes down and reattach the ring.
