Grahn just called me and talked to me in person... That's really nice... Hope that he will find the problem with the mail server so everything will work for us.

Thanks again for the call.

I hope you ordered from us originally!

what does that that mean!?

I sent you an email with the picture, and my warranty card, shouldn't that be enough?

Now this is what I call service!

Anyone who may be purchasing a Bathmate should see how vital it is to order through MOS's Bathmate Links...SUPPORT!

Fortunately for me I'm not holding my breath. Red tape is all I see.

Yeah I'm really glad I ordered the Bathmate from MOS on Saturday... phew lol

Yup! :)

Here's a few helpful tip for you.

1: Keep the original order email; even if it's almost a year after purchase, it seems it's needed for a replacement.

2: Use the warranty card that comes with the Bathmate as emergency toilet paper if needed, looks like this card is useless when trying to get a replacement unit.

3: KEEP THE ORDER EMAIL!!!

Hey Pete,

I have to say this is becoming a source of serious aggravation. I purchased my unit before MoS had a contact within Bathmate, and it was ordered from the Bathmate.us website. I've sent in both a picture of the problem, along with my warranty card. I'm at a loss as to why you need an order number to replace my Bathmate. The lack of communication, too me, is unacceptable, and the fact that you have failed to address my warranty card as being proof of purchase is infuriating. Forum posts and emails with one liners about "Your working on it" add little comfort to your costumers, and clearly shows where Bathmate is lacking in customer support.

It’s a shame that after almost a year of use, and some good results, that my opinion about the Bathmate product is spoiled not by the device itself, but by the Bathmate company.

having the same problem with seal and valve leaking, no response, mine was ordered through MoS

Good to see a company taking such steps to make sure a problem is solved.

So just a quick update.

Joe finally approved my new device about a week ago, and I received it yesterday.

So I guess the question still lingers, is the end result enough to let the hassle, and aggravation of dealing with support subside? I feel the end result, while what I wanted, doesn’t fully wash the bad taste out of my mouth, and I'm still left with the question of why the hassle in the first place?

Anyway I would like to thank Joe; even though he never did find my original order # he still sent me a replacement, which I appreciate a lot, also he sent me the clear Bathmate that I requested, which is also great.
