Could be as soon as a three months, but you really need to stick with it everyday maybe twice per day. The more frequent you have bathmate sessions the faster you'll grow

Well you will see immediate temporary gains and these temporary gains will eventually become permanent. I think a realistic time frame to gain an inch in length and girth would be six months. I also suggest that you use the BathMate routine found in SRT, this is the most effective way to gain and avoid any issues concerned with pumping.
 
In 13 months of consistent use, (at least twice daily for 20 minutes each set, sometime 3 times a day), I've gone from a starting point of 6 1/2 length and 5 1/2 girth to 7 3/4 length and 7 girth. I go in all warmed-up with as high EQ as possible, doing regular and reverse kegals and have just started incorporating my lazy-ass version of expressive stretching, (I point the BM straight down and clamp it between my thighs, lol)

Those are crazy stats. Except for BM do you do any other for of PE john ? If not, this have to be some kind of record BM gains.
 
This is all I do for PE, but I'm pretty religious about it...I can honestly say it's become an addiction. My guess is that I'm always in some state of 'pumped', but the initial bloat goes-away within 3-4 hours. One thought...I know the BM temp gains are almost 100% girth because I'm around 7.5 inches immediately after coming-out of the pump and I lose that half-inch after several hours, but I don't think there's any 'temporary' length. I could be wrong, but my length gains don't vary as widely as my girth leading me to believe that the stretch provided by these sessions is more permanent. Any thoughts?
 
Make sure to measure regularly and look for signs to make sure you are not overtraining. Once you see the pump it is very easy to overtrain, I know, it happened to me. I had to take a break and look at my training program again.
 
what were the signs showing that you've 'over-trained'? I know that I have that 'good ache' where my lig's attach to the pubic bone, and the upper half of my shaft is slightly darker, but other than that...
 
I actually lost a length, although it wasn't permanent and came back after I took a break. Also, EQ went to shit.

The last month and a half I have been informing myself on PE and training with a proper routine, and I have been slowly but surely making gains.

Overtraining will cause erection quality issues temporarily, there could also be some flaccid turtling due to intense work. A good ache any the bar is what you want to feel, this shows that the ligaments are getting a good stretch. Pain is a different story. Sharp, shooting pains or numbness is where there is reason to rest until things clear up but this is rare and usually due to ligament strain or hidden brush burns along the shaft of head of the penis.
