In 13 months of consistent use, (at least twice daily for 20 minutes each set, sometime 3 times a day), I've gone from a
starting point of 6 1/2 length and 5 1/2 girth to 7 3/4 length and 7 girth. I go in all warmed-up with as high EQ as possible, doing regular and reverse kegals and have just started incorporating my lazy-ass version of expressive stretching, (I point the
BM straight down and clamp it between my thighs, lol)
