I used the device in 2010 but had issuea with the cap and condoms breaking or pulling apart. Eventually I modified it with the auto extender sleeves and cap. My issue was I kept getting blisters ( more than likley from over extending but they hurt and were a pain so I discontinued use). I wouldnt recomend the Phallosan on its own unless they have made modifications to the bells and condoms.

I didnt use the size genetics so I cant comment on it. I did however use a fastsize and more recently a x4labs. The concept is the same. I found the x4 model to be better built that the fastsize. I gained about 1/2 BPenis EnlargementL in about 600hrs of use. I lost about a 1/8 when I stopped using it but I started again recently.

thanks and im guessing because it seems like a more gentle traction than the other extenders... oh Where... im not sure i just researched all the devices because im going to be investing in one soon

I bought it a month ago. I was not able to use it becasuse the bells don´t fit my glans. I asked for a refund: no reply at all. Disgusting!

I never felt 100% of the company so I never went through with an affiliation. The price was ridiculously high too. The SizeGenetics is impossible to compete with, the extender is the highest quality, the company has incredible customer service and they remain active on the MOS forums.
