It is quite common for this to happen. It is a nick or cut in the urethra. In most cases it happens once and never again. It happened to me during a heavy jelqing session and it took about 3 days to heal and it never happened again.

One instance in the BathMate and it most likely was not the BathMate that caused it, it usually happens from manual work heavy stretching and heavy jelqing.

seems more likely to me yeah

UTI is a Urinary Tract Infection. Women more often get them than men do. I would guess a sex partner with a UTI, or yeast infection, or a dirty device like a pump, or vac hanger chamber that is dirty is the culprit. Keep 'em clean boys.

Is a UTI dangerous/chronic?

Don't know. Never had one. I have heard they can be painful, cause painful urination.

It wasn't vacuum type hanger , it was a compression type.
Urologist checked all possible causes and nothing came except a suspected constricted urethra. I suspect the hanging caused it,

weird wound as my urologist said uti is rare in men.

Stay away from hanging if this is the result. Plenty of other ways to increase length.

I had no issue with Vac Hanging. Actually gained a quick inch with it, problem was I had to tap out at 9 pounds as my penis was taking a beating. BIB is what caused this.

You think Vac hanging with longer times and lower weights is worth a shot? I work at home now so I can do long hours here.

You can try that approach, but you will need to add weight eventually. Penis always adapts to the weight.

That's scary. An infection needs to heal before any more progression honestly. But if you can cautiously do both I'd say go for it.
