Stretch, stretch, stretch and stretch in the morning. Then jelq, do some Supra Slammers, maybe some constriction work. And then stretch, stretch and stretch again later in the day/night. That's all there is to gaining length really (for me anyway). I don't think that you should take days off stretching at all. When it comes to the more intense girth work like Slammers (assuming you're doing 10+ of them) you might need a day or two off each week though.
I like to make sure I work all the "angles" when I do a full stretch session. Now, my full stretch session (done morning and night) doesn't take more than about 10 min so anyone can get this in. I stretch under the leg, straight down and angled down to really hit the ligs. Then I do A-stretches and stretching straight up for the tunica. 30 seconds on each stretch, some stretches twice, and I'm done. I also stretch every time I go to the bathroom. If you're drinking enough water (which you should) you'll probably end up in there 5-6 times in a day which means a lot more stretching. I use toilet paper for a good grip and stretch straight down for 30 seconds and pull that up into an A-stretch for another 30 seconds. It's fast, there's no problem with privacy, and it adds a lot to your total stretching time.
