I think I've hit a little slump, I wanna start a new length routine that I can stick to and I'm wondering if I should incorperate days off for length or not. I know there are a lot of different thaughts on this topic. I think there's very thin line between healing time and overtraining. I know theres not a correct answer to this question I'm just looking for input from you guys that have been gaining length for a while. It would help a lot. Thanks guys!
