Hey all, I have been Penis Enlargementing since 2001, and mostly do reading until I have really helpful information. Today I am going to teach you guys a new length exercise that I have been doing the past few weeks that has helped me gain a fourth of an inch.

While flaccid and standing, Make a peace sign with your index and middle fingers, press these fingers onto your pubic bone, holding your penis in between. Next, turn your peace sign so your palm is facing downwards towards the floor. Next, grab behind the glans, and pull your penis over the top of your middle finger and towards in between your legs. Now, start turning at the wrist so your middle and index fingers create two fulcrums. This is really helpful for when you are plateaued. Once your body becomes accustomed to this, do the same stretch with a 360 degree bundle. Hope this helps guys! Sorry if someone else has already posted this, i thought it was a new way to do double fulcrums in which you pick the pressure.
 
Would you like to do make a video of this?That would be really nice,because after seeing the video it is much more easier to do your exercise.

I dont understand please clarify.
 
Can you guys please tell me what part you don't understand so I can explain? I cant make a video, and doubt I draw well enough for a diagram.
 
Do you mean anchoring one hand at the base while stretching with the other? You can make a video and send it to us to post if you like. guru.dld@gmail.com

The idea appears to be that you do this but rotate the anchoring hand 360 degrees for some reason.
 
You anchor the hand on the base sideways along your penis. This creates a sideways V, now when you turn your wrist, so that your palm is facing down, and your V is parallel with the floor you create two fulcrum points. This is a little difficult to hold, but if you pull your penis downwards to in between your cheeks, you can use your hand that is pulling the glans to increase the power by resting your middle finger on the hand thats holding your glans. Basically one finger, your middle finger, is going up, towards your head, while the other finger, your index finger is going down towards your feet, this creates two fulcrum points and you don't need any materials to do it. I can't post a video because it's MDW and I can't post videos with my iPhone but ill definitely help out when I can. Dont know how I feel about my penis being on the internet, but I will give it thought.
 
Also, you don't rotate the anchoring hand 360 degrees, because that would be impossible. A simple 90 degrees, and then splitting the direction the 2 fingers are pushing force like explained above is all you need. Hope this helps.
 
Also, don't use too much force at first with your fingers as this can cause pain for some. Start slow, but this is definitely a great exercise. Also, dont get confused about me saying anchor, that just means the hand thats on the base.

I really love the idea of this stretch, nice work!!!

I have some questions/ideas. I am always trying to figure out ways to make Penis Enlargement (for lack of a better word), lazier. I feel that if it's easier and more comfortable yet effective that we are more likely to do it. That being said, I envision a lazy version of this stretch that might apply even more pressure and make it less tiring for your peace sign hand.

Using 2 pieces of 3/4" diameter somethings, ie: wooden doll rods, pvc pipe, wooden spoons.....whatever works. they would need to be long enough to bridge across both of your legs . replace your peace sign hand with these, a lil lube on the might help your guy slide thru these for even more stretch. now sitting in the fetal position pretty much , a guy could do behind the cheek stretches of this, then he could stay in that position or possibly lover his legs to a sitting position if this isnt too much pressure..

The pipe would save on your fingers, the lube would avoid any restrictions on gains and the behind the cheek stretch might make it easier and more powerful.
Just ideas (they may be dumb ones)
 
i'm an idiot, the 2 pipes idea would only be one fulcrum point. the one closest to the torso would have no use at all
 
No ideas are dumb, I just don't see how we could create a dual fulcrum with your explanation. Maybe i dont understand properly, either way, this stretch is definitely something that feels like its helping break plateaus, since I hold my middle finger on my opposing wrist, i dont really use too much force at all.

Youre completely right, thats why i posted a second time saying that it would only create 1 fulcrum. i am gonna have to try try stretch
 
It's working really well for me, I do 3 sets of 5 minutes and helicopter shakes in between. It has increased my flaccid by 3/8ths of an inch in just 4 weeks! I have always had trouble with my FL but this is helping me have a snake all day 'round.

If you cannot make a video can you at least try to draw it somehow? Even if you are not a good drawer, you can still try. I am pretty interested in what you got there, but just can figure the exercise out, thanks :)
 
zam, i think you make a peace sign with hand, face palm toward your pelvic region, now slide it down over base of dick from the top. should look like a tiny woman strattling your dick with leg on each side, not turn your hand sideways like the dials on a clock leaving the palm facing your body. now your fingers should be pointing towards the wall. your dick will look like its in a pair of scissors. now curl the hand upward with palm facing down. the index finger will create one fulcrum, and the middle finger will create the 2nd. now u would stretch by pushing this hand towards the floor and by pulling downard with your free hand wrapped around the rest of your dick.
