As the title says my penis is about 8.5 inches bone pressed but i have about an inch of fat pad there. The problem i have is i workout often im very toned and already have a low bodyfat % as my abs are quite visable but just can't get rid of it. I feel it has got even worse since using the Bathmate as my forskin has stretched ALOT and theres just alot more skin on that area now. I guess theres not really much else i can do about it?

Some guys can't get below this level. An inch is compromised of fat in addition to skin and tissue. Some guys get lucky and have a very thin fat pad, lowest I know is .5". I say, just add another half inch and length and it will all balance out.

Really? It seems like all the guys in naked people movies have practically no fat pad whatsoever! I have about .5" of fat pad but I thought that was the average.

There are some men in naked people movies who have a penis that extends through the fat pad adding to the length, as seen with __________. This was when Expressive Stretching was born.

Here is a bit on skin average thickness:

The thickness of skin varies, depending on where it is found on the body. Skin averages 0.05 inches (1.3 millimeters) in thickness. The thinnest skin is found in the eyelids and is less than 0.002 inches (0.05 millimeters) thick, while the thickest skin is on the upper back (0.2 inches or 5 millimeters).

The fat pad is a nightmare every human being is scared of. It's been over 10 years. I would like to know if you got this fat pad issue sorted.

The low percentage of body fat is always determined by the diet. The fat pad can only be minimized by proper diet, it's one of the toughest areas to keep control of fat celll growth with all the temptations of bad diet food available.

You are very correct. And it brings beauty to clothes we wear when the fat pad is at it's lowest.

most guys and gals don't to see beauty with a protruding stomach or hanging over their waist line. Then again, there are people who find beauty in that look, happens to be, Im not one of them.

Yeah, me neither.

I honestly don't think the fat pad is anything to be concerned about, unless a person is overweight. It's pretty normal to have a fat pad anywhere between 0.5"- 1.5" depending on genetics. I've been very lean for most of my younger life with sub 10% body fat and still had a fat pad of 1".
Yes it would be nice to have virtually no fat pad to take advantage of the hidden length, but it's unrealistic.
If a person is already lean, come to terms with what you have , if a person could loose some weight, eat right, exercise and maximise one's potential.

Bodyweight, and body fat are mainly determined by diet. Your body composition is a result of what you consume.; you are what your eat. yeah, I know, most guys will say they are just a big pussy... (hahaha) Well, man or lady cannot live on pussy alone, you need some bread to soak up the juices.
.
Our bodies are designed to consume whole foods, not processed foods. So, the more you eat whole foods, and the less of the processed foods your body with begin to reflect to what you are consuming. Another thing is portion control, food is an energy resource to refuel your body, you only need to consume what your will use until the next refueling, Otherwise the excess energy consumed gets stored away in fat cells. You can never completely get rid of fat cells, unless you physically remove them from your body they only grow and shrink. So, you want your fat cells to be at miniminal size possible, not storing extra fuel (fat cells) on the body as a fuel resource. You wouldn't phycially carry around an extra 10 gallons of fuel for your vehicle, you would only feed your vehicle what it can use. So why in your right mind would carry the extra fuel [fat] on your body in true reality.

You want to have some percentage of body fat, just not more than what is really needed. Everyone has a percentage of fat pad, it's just a matter how sloppy is it.
