Hi! I am a new guy here so I will introduce myself:

Penis Enlargement is not completely new for me, but I am by no means a master at it either. I never truly got into it, but since I found out about this site, I have gotten really motivated to Penis Enlargement, it is starting to become a good habit! DLD and SWM were great motivators for me, just watching their progress was mind blowing. Congrats to you guys and keep it up!

I am now in my 4th day, and I haven't taken a rest day yet, and this is my first question to you guys: Should I take a day off now? I have been doing some warm up, light jelqing, then I go on to SWM's girth routine, but I only do one round for now (5x uli, 5x horse 440, and 5x short jelqs), then I usually do some edging while watching �naked people movies� (�naked people movies� helps me keep it at 100%!) and I have always ejaculated in the end - do you guys think this is ok on a regular basis? I have read other threads about this but I haven't found a real consensus.

Anyways, regarding rest, yesterday I really felt worked out, but now, nearly 24h after, I think I am ready to do it all again! so why wait one more day? I mean, if I don't feel soreness or pain, should I still take a day off? Also, my erection seems to be fine and I also maintain my usual hornyness :) all good signs I guess..

So, that's about it for now, I'd like to hear your comments about my doubts here.

BTW, I am now 6.5 ELBP x 4.93 EG, would like to get to AT LEAST 8 x 6 ;) (9x7 tops)

well, i think you got it figured out for the most part. If you dont feel very worked out, there should be no trouble in going through your routine again. Also, if you have no trouble getting strong long lasting erections for your workouts, then there isnt too much trouble with ejaculating. Some say that the chemical change and temporary lower testosterone reduces gains, but no one is sure. My biggest issue with ejaculating is having motivation and a long lasting erection for the next workout, since i dont look at �naked people movies� while im doing it.

If you have the time and motivation to do your workouts, do them, after a while everyone gets lazy, at least i do.
 
About blowing after workouts....

I did it ever since i started and have gained pretty well...

But then i stopped for a few days a week or so ago....
And my flaccid hang had never looked so shitty after a workout, and my glans looked more beatup than ever,(after every workout)
I think it also may have to do with having a hardon for a while after the workout that gives the hang????

And, maybe my cock was used to and conditioned to jerking off after i dont know....

But il tell ya, I sure as hell started again :D
 
I think that there is no big difference in effectivness if you blow the load.Perhaps just flaccid wents down more after you ejaculate,but that doesnt effect that much on gains if you are consistent in your routine.
