I have read the thread on ADS and not being as beneficial as people think, but I was wondering is there anyone out there that has used an ADS either alone or in conjunction with a manual stretching routine, and has received results. If so what were they and roughly how long did they take.
Well, I can tell you that it's hard to contribute an amount gained to an ADS in conjunction with a full routine. I can tell you that I had been stuck at 7.5" EL for the longest time, and I started using a manual routine with ADS support for 4-6 hours per day and I broke through to the 8" club.
