I just recently discovered what this turkey neck was, and am finding it a deterrent to continue Penis Enlargement (as much as I want to continue Penis Enlargement).

I am trying to figure out if A) i've always had a bit of a turkey neck and B) if so, have I made it worse through Penis Enlargement.

For the past few days I've been almost obsessing over whether continuing to jelq will pronounce or enhance this existing minor turkey neck that I have (which may or may not even be due to Penis Enlargement, I really wish I knew!)

Do most guys have this turkey neck naturally regardless of Penis Enlargement? Is a small turkey neck normal? Hell, I always thought it was just the way my balls connected to my penis but if it's due to Penis Enlargement, it leaves me with a tough decision.

I want to continue Penis Enlargement but at the same time I don't want this ugly-ass web to further develop which'll just work to minimize the appearance of any gains :(
 
You could try tying off the scrotum skin before jelqing. A ring (similar to a cock ring) can be used to prevent the scrotum from being pulled. However it is likely that the condition will appear to have worsened from jelqing simply due to the fact you are working the skin in the area.
 
i might take a picture to show you guys. it's not super ridiculous 'turkey neck' and i think it may have been there since i started Penis Enlargement, since i remember this random skin on the bottom of my shaft getting in the way of jelqing. but, i dont know, its just freaking me out and has been discouraging me the past few days.

Is it normal to have this without Penis Enlargement?

I'm trying to determine whether its always just been part of my penis or if it only manifests itself through jelqing/Penis Enlargement.
 
I think it is pretty common, even pre Penis Enlargement. Like Moregains says, tying off your balls when you do exercises will certainly prevent it from getting worse. I have a little bit of it since pre Penis Enlargement and it has not gotten any worse since starting Penis Enlargement (and gaining an inch). I think turkey neck is like blood pressure, it can vary from moment to moment. If I have some serious shrinkage going on, it appears that my balls are near the base of my shaft, but if I have a good hang, it looks fine. If anything, I think that Penis Enlargement helps with shrinkage overall, so Penis Enlargement may actually help if done with care. A rice sock always helps shrinkage go away, although I am prone to it throughout the day still. Some men rarely seem to have shrinkage, but I seem to revert to it still, although it has gotten better since Penis Enlargement.

Just get used to holding a hand at the base of your penis while stretching and using the base hand to hold back all skin.

Good points made, especially the analogy of it being like blood pressure as I've noticed when I turtle up mine can look like what you described, but normally with a good hang it looks deadly. Tieing off the balls while doing exercises would help and I may try that for more advanced stretches in the future, so thanks Moregains!

As DLD says having a hand at the base to keep that skin were it is, helps but also another point many UNCUT guys forget is when they stretch, please pull your skin back and than stretch otherwise you are pulling skin you don't need to pull and I don't buy into the philosophy that you have to stretch the skin out to see gains, because once the penis ligaments and tunicae start to grow, than skin will grow with it regardless if its being stretched out and I know this because I did it with my V-SES gains and you prevent getting skin growth at the base sagging down, which uncut guys can be prone to unless they pull skin back.
