I've been doing yoga for about 1 month and I've noticed an amazing amount of increased flexibility as a result of this. The relevance to Penis Enlargement is that as you become more flexible and less tight your blood flows through you body (muscles) more easily and as a result I've been geting extreme erections. Not only that but my sex drive is going mad. I've been doing 1 hour yoga sessions everyday. The yoga I do is pretty intense Ashtanga Vinyasa or Dynamic Yoga and when doing it I sweat like a biatch. It is really tough.
