so i have just ventured over 20 lbs... i am now at 22.5 lbs... i was faiiiirly comfortable hanging with 20 lbs with little to no issues. There was a marked difference once hit 22.5 lbs...
i have been wrapping with a piece of sweater material first then a layer of theraband, grey stuff...
currently i am trying to experiment with the most comfrtable way to wrap to hang heavier weights... i am confident the only thing that may hold me back from my goals is the ability to wrap well...
Any tips?
