workout length of time ?

However long it takes YOU to get a great session. For me, that's 20 minutes of pumping followed by 20-30 minutes of clamping.
 
I spend 1-2 hours a day doing something for either length, girth, or both.

When I would time myself there were days I would spend 5 hours (not exaggerating) working out every exercise I could think of. I also feel that I was seriously over doing it back then. Now I do not time myself and I feel I can approximate pretty well with all the practice from my timing days and I just try and get as much fatigue as possible every single day. Days with more fatigue I do less. Days I'm not lazy I've been spending all day with my dick. Like DLD said thank God for Lazy Ass Stretches!
 
I think an hour a day is great. 30 minutes girth and 30 minutes length (not including breaks).
