Hey Everyone. I've been doing Penis Enlargement consistently now for almost a week. Unconsistently probably around something like 10 months. When I first measured I remember just hitting 6 erect. Weirdly enough I recently measured and now im 6.80 when erect.. I dunno if I grew or the exercises just worked that well.

Anyway I heard DLD released a newer stretch than the A stretch/blasters. So I began Penis Enlargement again for the past couple days. The stretch is where you get a big sock and put each side in your teeth, hang your penis in between, pull your jaw up and stretch just like the dld blasters. The sock is at the base just like the A stretch. I tried it.. and it works even better than dld blasters for me. It was pretty awesome to see such instant gratification.

I was wondering.. If I only did this stretch, would I see consistent gains? By this stretch I mean the sock method. btw my goal is about an inch and a half.

How old are you? Because if you're older than let's say 21, I'm pretty sure the gains are from Penis Enlargement!

Edit: On topic: I would certainly add other stretches to your routine and maybe even some jelqing and kegeling. I think it will cost a lot of time to see good gains with only one exercise, but correct me if I'm wrong!

Easily! That is a very powerful stretch and should bring a half inch to an inch rather quickly. If you seem to get stuck along the way you may want to add in intensity or other stretches.
 
@Nostopping. Im 19. think I last measured in the beginning of my 18th year. So that's practically an inch right there. Also I don't really wana go girth, least not now. im like 5.5 I think, dunno if that's average.

@DLD. Ya jeez man it's nuts. Im really impressed with this one, definitely an instant gratification kind of stretch. I stretch in all directions aswell afterward, without the sock.

Do you guys know if I'd do better stretching every direction before I did the sock method?

So is this stretch like a reverse kettle bell stretch where ur stretching the ligaments at the bottom of ur cock ?

Does this hurt ur teeth at all?
