Why does my penis shrink?

After any kind of workout I do, with or without supplements, my penis ALWAYS shrinks. All that I can tell from what happens is that my blood retreats from my penis, Im not sure why. help??

I'm pretty sure this happens to every white male. It because blood is needed to be pumped to the muscles you have just worked out. If you notice, it gets back to it's plump state shortly after you finish working out, and your erections are easier to get. I go in the sauna after a workout for 10 min or so and it always makes my pecker hang loose again.
