Where do I start?

Hey guys!

I've recently joined the forum and am pretty lost in all honesty.. There is a massive wealth of information available but I just don't know where to star.

Also there's alot of abbreviations I don't understand just bcause I'm not really familiar with this topic.

Is there someone who can refer me to a begininers routine that it's pretty self explainatory and kinda idiot proof?

I'm looking to gain both in length and girth.. Girth More so than length.
