My routine is basically 10 min warmup, 15 min stretching in 5 directions + some rotary stretches and helicopter shakes, 10 min warmdown. I've been doing this routine for about a month (first week was 10 minutes of stretching). I think i have gained a little in flaccid length and flacccid stretched length. Im not sure because i didn't measure before but it looks like i have gained a little. But i have not gained anything in nbpel or bpel. Is this normal? will i gain and if so when?

Gains normally come in flaccid length and girth first I know mine did.

I am now seeing gains in NBPenis EnlargementL, BPenis EnlargementL and girth as well though and have gained about .25 last time I measured though I'm sure it's gone up again by about .5 in the last couple of weeks and I only started Penis Enlargement on 1st September following the phase 1 routine for a month then adding in some compression squeezes and Jelq bends which have really helped my girth.

Keep at it! Stay consistent and gains will come. If they are not coming the routine needs to be stepped up and intensity increased. If this still misses the mark a different routine should be employed. Your routine looks solid to me and it should bring gains. How long have you been training on this particular routine? What gains have you made in BPFS?

I would increase the time you stretch and also make sure you hold out for 30 seconds each time.

I also notice that you are not jelqing. While jelqing does target girth, expansion of the tunicia also affects length because stretching primarily targets the ligaments. Do around 500 of these minimum.

How often are you doing Penis Enlargement, it should be around 5 days at least.

I think that i have gained about 0.3 inches in flaccid stretched length but im not entirely sure. Rakas, you mentioned that i should increase the time of my stretching routine but isnt 18 minutes (including rotary stretches and heli shakes) enough for a newbie? I mean shouldn't i keep doing my routine untill i have seen some gains and then increase the time/intesity?
 
Nope, you need to put the time in I'm afraid. As long as it's not causing long term pain then there's no harm in doing it for longer.
My stretch routine takes me at least an hour, on top of that add another hour for Jelqs. this was what I did for the first month.

Now month 2 I'm doing an hour jelq and bend another hour of stretches plus 30 mins with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and 1 - 2 hours a day in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

How are you not sure if your gained? Did you take measurements before?

That is a bad thing. You may have gained and not known it. It is VITAL to take full measurements to track gains. It is very hard for us to see a .25" gain, it is usually only evident by ruler. Take a full set of measurements now and keep very close watch on them, this will be the reflection of a good routine or one that needs help.

Flaccid stretched is an important measurement as it shows you gains you will be making in the future. Penis Enlargement needs to be a precise art, every measurement should be exact, every time you measure it should be at the exact spot you did prior. Nothing is worse in Penis Enlargement then having to guess if you gained or not.
