My routine is basically 10 min warmup, 15 min stretching in 5 directions + some rotary stretches and helicopter shakes, 10 min warmdown. I've been doing this routine for about a month (first week was 10 minutes of stretching). I think i have gained a little in flaccid length and flacccid stretched length. Im not sure because i didn't measure before but it looks like i have gained a little. But i have not gained anything in nbpel or bpel. Is this normal? will i gain and if so when?
