I have always enjoyed many of the available length exercises. Since I am creating a new routine I have been using supersets to bang out some length. I will use one exercise for one set and then move to the next exercise in my arsenal. This is one portion of my semi-complex workout. I know how intense this seems and how much time it takes but I am on a mission yall. I want an inch is 6 months and I will have with this routine. I believe there is no cap on length work. I feel an hour of stretching is productive. This routine takes about 50 minutes. If I am in a hurry I will skip [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] Stretches but I usually have the time and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] Stretches are the king of intensity.
Rotary Stretches: 25 for 1 set A to Y Stretches: 45 seconds Rotary Stretches: 25 cranks A Stretches (traditional as blasters): 45 seconds Footlong Stretches: 45 seconds Sock Stretches: 45 seconds Basic Stretches: One set of left, right, up and down for 30 seconds each
Only one set of each and then I repeat. I will do a total of 3 sets.
