Also the tube stretches out over time (i.e. weeks). Your best bet is to do a wrap on your penis and use the strap behind the wrap. You can buy double sided velcro roll from a hardware store, has the grip on one side and fuzzy on the other, 1 metre length costs about $3. You can cut it to length and you will never need to worry about buying anything else for the rest of your extending days! 😀 As mentioned above, the tubing will stretch over time and the strap that comes with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] tends to wear out very quickly on the tabs holding it in place & are ridiculously overpriced to replace. Velcro will hold solid, once locked down there is zero slippage and doesn't wear out, I've used the same piece for about 8 months now & it's just as good as the day i 1st used it 👍

It should be more of a gentle tension. Gentle tension will equal more hours of wear and more active recovery from your manual work.

Use the lines on the tension bars as a marker for tension. Most of us who extend for long periods do so between 600-1000 grams of tension. If you have 2400 grams springs, then when you extend far enough that it is pulling back on the device and pushes the tension bar to the first notch you have hit 1/3 of the max tension or 800 grams of tension. Depending on the strength of the springs simply adjust your math accordingly. If you are just starting, try to get to around 600 grams and work your way up to a tension that allows you to get at minimum a 1-hour session without a break. I prefer 2-hour sessions myself.

Just look at how far the springs are being compressed, if the tension rod is pulled down to the first notch then the spring is applying 1/3 of it's total strength to your penis. 2nd notch is 2/3 and so forth. You can see these notches on the lower part of the rods where it can screw out or in to adjust length.

You need to extend the device far enough that your penis begins to provide resistance which will cause the device to compress and apply tension at a consistent level as the springs push against that resistance.

Wait just searched it up understand now. I didnt know the tension rods actually can be screwed to create more tension. Mine wont budge, my screws stick ultra tight. I only have been using the screws at the way bottom

Nothing a little WD-40 can't fix, mine were pretty tight at first too, but after screwing them in and out for a few days them loosened up and operate normally.

Are you sure you are turing them the correct way? They are reverse set screws.

Just strap-in securely, and apply medium tension. At one point your tunica will be indented by the strap creating 'shoulders'. These shoulders will 'lock' you in so to further apply tension.

If you are extending the screws all the way out and not getting any tension then you may need to add more rods too.

Exactly. The screws have a total of .25" of space before they will loosen too much and fall out. If you already maxed out the bars you have a smart idea is to order 2 quarter inch bars to use for another incremental increase while having the base screws tight.
