What's the best for base girth??-how to avoid baseball bat effect?

Hello guys im here with another question...
My "pride" looks like a baseball bat. I had this problem before i started p.e. as well but now its even worse.
Can someone tell me whats the best for base girth??
I do the jelqs from deep extreme basebut doesnt realy help..
Any idea what can i do??
