I know this is nothing new, but I just stumbled across it and was wondering what everyones LOT was and what routine gave you the best gains
Personally, I have a low LOT. It's a little depressing after having read that article but I'll still keep on truckin. Stretching upward seems to be the way to go. Hopefully it won't be to hard of a process to get some gains.
