What Type Of Gains Are Made From Hanging With A Device Such As A Bib Hanger?

Are flacid, erect, or both gained from hanging?

Does the hanging take the place of manual stretching?

If manual jelqing and stretching are done during 1 part of the day for a total time of around 1 hour, can and should hanging add any extra benifit when done later in the day?(possibly at night before bed while surfing the net)
 
I gained an inch of length through manual stretching in the first 6 months of pe then saw no more length gains for the next year and a half,i was getting ready to quit when i came across how to make a homemade bib hanger,i used one for about a week and liked the feel so much i bought a bib regular,in 6 weeks gain a quater of an inch.
 
so from what you said kong, it seems that my skin on my shaft will not become overely tight when growth happens due to manual stretching and jelqing. that was my fear. so the skin will expand also with my cock, correct?
 
Hanging does add flacid and erect length , or it did for me. Hanging CAN take the place of stretching but for me results came faster when i did manual pe at varius times thru the day then used the hanger for a couple of hours at night while surfing the web as you said.
 
Hanging has been my main source of length gains so far. I have gained about an inch total from hanging with both home made hangers (1/4" there) and 3/4" from my BIB Starter.

where did your other inch come from now that you are 7 instead of 5 inches
 
I don't measure flaccid. I have definitely gained a lot quickly in erect length after hanging with a Captain's Wench. Although most homemade hangers will get the job done, I still plan on buying a BIB at some point in the near future. It's a better design and should hold more weight safely and comfortably than my Wench.

Personally, I replaced manual stretching with hanging when I failed to see length gains for a month from doing manual stretches. I'm now starting to throw in a few manual stretches in addition to my hanging routine of 2 x 20min BTC hangs/day @3days-on/1day-off.

I've gained over 1.25" of length from hanging. The rest has come from jelqing and some stretching. MOst of my gains though are STILL from hanging so there blah! LOL.

Have you evaluated your routine, and know where you are going with it? Are you applying enough stress, time and weight, to reach fatigue? Let's get it going.
