Hello!

I want to hear what you think is the best exercise to focus and target the CC's (the 2 upper chambers) effectively to grow both widthwise and depthwise.

I remember somwhere between my first 3-9 months when i did PE my penis got wider sideways. But this has stalled for a long time, while the CS has been growing really good instead.

I want to get the CC gains going again! :)

I thought we covered this topic. For width you will use exercises like the Toilet Compression Squeezes. For depth any style of girth work will add to depth. So if you have session I would include your basic girth work and also include Toilet Compression Squeezes for 5 sets of 60 seconds.

Yes, i know. This was for width i know, but i thought we said this was like molding/shaping the penis rather than create any new added real overall size gain in the cc's.

But what i really wanted to hear actually was about what others has been doing to get signifigantly cc gains, if there is any exercise that has worked for them. Perhaps there is a guy that contributes most of his gains due to cc that have some insight.

What worked for me before was regular jelqing/v-jelqing. Perhaps o-bends seems to have a decent effect.

Can i even use my hands, like put my penis between my 2 hands like a sandwish and flatten the penis?

That would work for width but you will find using a flat surface to be much more intense because you can use both hands to expand the width.
