What does this routine sound like for good gains

Hold a CONSTRITOR for an HOUR getting hard again when needs be

stretch straight up 1min
stretch stright up right 1min
stretch straight up left 1min

Stretch straight out 1min
Stretch straight out right 1min
Stretch straight out left 1min

stretch straight up 1min
stretch stright up right 1min
stretch straight up left 1min

( Do this stretch twice )


Evening

constricted Jelq for 500. I've noticed that doing jelqs hinders how long I can hold a FULL errection for. I go through stages of been able to keep going for 20 reps and then only managing 10 before having to get hard. Should I change this?

Any feedback on whether I should replace the jelq because it may not be as effective as simply holding a constritor and doing nothing.

cool man. Thats because the ligs r alrdy worn right?

Do you know how to get girth towards the top of the shaft?
My base has exploded but I havnt seen much difference to top shaft.
SHould I push up my grip and hold when constricting
