This may or may not be a solution to you, but it worked for me.
About 5 months ago i was suffering from premature ejaculation, ( Lasted about 2-4 minutes.)
Now its a different story i can go for a long time
I strongly believe my Pe what due to uncontrolled kegels/Spasm. When i had sex or mastrubated i would make all kind of uncontrolled kegels.
So decided to drop all these weird technique, like the start stop technique and realised that edgeing and sex wasn't going to do shit for my PE.
so i started started doing reverse kegels, and i now do 2 min x 8 set every other day.
So using the point of the reverse kegels while having sex or mastrubate and paying some attention, and bamm, the uncontrolled doens't happen as much as it did before paying attention to it.
And i can litterally go for 15 minutes without problem, and i do not even have sex that often.
