Anyone ever try these? Possible to increase the size of the BC muscle? I assume it would be a better way to shoot your load far.

I guess, i'll be the first to try it out. I'll basically kegel while i'm hanging. Not the whole time, but i'll sneak in a few sets and reps.

Yes- they're known as "Towel Raises". I wouldn't be as concerned with size increases ass I would with strength and [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] regarding the BC/PC.

Here's a description of the exercise:

This is an AWESOME exercise for developing penile strength and rock hard erections!

With an erection, place a towel over the end of your penis. Try to lift your towel-covered penis by squeezing the PC muscle (as in kegels.) Start with 20 reps and work up to 100 reps 5 times a week.

As time goes by, you can add weight by using larger towels, or even by wetting the towel.

An advanced technique for Towel Raises would be to hold the towel in the up position for 10 to 20 seconds at a time. You should attempt to work up to 5 to 10 of these sustained repetitions.

Tough thing about that is maintaining an erection the whole time. You can be watching adult entertainment and you'll end up distracted because you'll be focusing on your kegels and looking at the towel
 
I have another excersize for ya bro. Pull your penis up toward your belly button then kegal, you should feel it tug back. Now try holding that grip firmer and resist the tug back, it will make it harder to kegal! Also you get a good stretch while you're at it!

Add a reverse kegel and an A-stretch and you are doing DLD Blasters. Blasters will help not only with length being one of the best length exercises, but it will strengthen pelvic floor muscles giving you better erection, ejaculatory distance and power, staying power and other incredible benefits.
