Hi,i want to ask you people if you have any ideas how to remove the pubian fat pad in else way than workout and general fat loss.I have now some fat on my body but i remember when i was in a good shape the fat pad was still there.I remeber i have read a post somwhere that pointed to a site where they offered somekind of fat pad procedure(i cant remember that it was with ointments or else procedure).I keep do aerobic workouts but in the future i posibly consider liposuction because that fat pat hide a little over than 1 inch of my penis.I have one more question fot the skinny guys from here.How much your fat pad hides your penis?
 
How much of my penis was hidden by my fat pad? Past tense? A LOT!!! I knocked off thirty pounds during my first five months of Penis Enlargement. I would tend to agree also, Mens Health tends to be very good in its research!

Be careful with that liposuction. It can be a real nasty process. I had a large lipoma, (fatty tumor), removed with liposuction. That was the first and only time I'll ever have it done. There was a lot of trauma to the surrounding tissue. And there can be serious complications as well. Check it out carefully before you have it done if you decide to go ahead with it.

I used Avant Labs Absolved for a little bit (almost 1 bottle). It did seem to help a little bit. Didn't really make my abs show anymore, but made the whole area feel like there was less fat. I am fairly skinny, but have never had abs that showed...just so you know. I think that this can greatly help a good combo of diet and exercise.
 
I remember Big Al in the forum over at www.forsize.com saying that to gain a visible inch, you need to lose 30 lbs, which agrees with the Men's Health figure, and the best way to do this is diet and excercise. I'm saying this partially for my own benefit, as I need to lose 30lbs, if not more.
 
Loosing the fat pad is something that will happen when the rest of your body is addressed. The ALPHA+BLADE RSA Fasting, Diet and workout (available very soon, I promise) will work for you as it has worked for me (and the others who have used it) But I can tell you, it is not easy but what you will take from it, aside from a 0% fat pad is much more. The fat pad is such a difficult pard of the body to isolate that the only, sensible way to eliminate it is by changing your entire routine. I lost mine to 0 is 4 months but I also changed many other things. I guess a good thought would be the extra dick you will get by sticking with a solid weight loss program. For me the 2" of non-bone-pressed dick that magically appeared made it all worth it.

I was at the club today working out. I swear that every skinny dude I saw was hung. I'm not exaggerating!! The guys with the big bellies had no dicks.

Now of course this is not true. But I realize more and more that that fat pad and a hanging belly just pulls that pecker back in. It has to peek out from under all that fat!!

I truly believe our dicks were meant to swing in the breeze.

Now I know there are ectomorphs and all that shit, but it's also partially an illusion. There have to be many good sized dicks out there all nestled up under a protruding belly.

We don't need tummy tucks and liposuction. It's more basic than that. I hope that A.B. is the answer for many.

If that was true then wouldn't DLD's penis be like 4" bigger now? lol. It's obviously not true.

DLD, I must ask a couple of things essential to my decision to order this program or not. First, does it effect lean muscle mass and if so what can be done to minimize muscle loss? Second, is this an extremely low-carb program, or does it allow some carbs?

I think the 30 pounds to an inch is a generalization for the average guy that is moderately overweight. It is not meant to suggest that someone that is obese to the point they can hardly move is capable of gaining a 15" penis through dieting.

Muscle is only increased using the ALPHA+BLADE systems. The way certain exercise is used in the 28 day RSA maximizes the metabolism but utilizes muscle to facilitate fat loss. Basically, I think ultra-low-carb is unhealthy for any length of time and it really effects me negatively. If I go without carbs for more than a day or so, I get stomach pains and diarrhea. It is to the point where it makes everything else I do miserable and just not worth the weightloss effort.

I'll be interested to read your ideas and program.

Carbohydrates are very important to the body and any diet that limits this intake, as a general practice, are helping their clients loose brain matter and other essential fatty acids. I have a couple of thoughts on the posts in this tread. I am about 70 lbs heavier than I was ten years ago. And I have much less dick to show for it.
About 2.25 - 2.5 inches LESS to be exact. I can measure it with a ruler. It is sickening. I need to lose weight obviously. Mine would look pretty big if I lost that 70 lbs.

About the skinny guys being hung - I read an article sometime within the last few years that said that body fat holds and collects a lot of environmental estrogens. We all know that estrogen is not good for penis size. There could be a connection. Most of the kids who grew up fat that I can remember from the locker room had the smallest members. Not just as if the fat was covering some length but their members were just small and shriveled as being underdeveloped like one exposed to to much estrogen. Any thoughts?

Also a few years ago I was surfing the net and found a cream that you applied to the body that supposedly reduced fat deposits were it was applied. I don't remember the name of the cream but it might be useful on a fat pad if it was used for a while. As a side it recommended women who wanted bigger breasts to cover their whole body in the cream except the breasts. Since fat could not be deposited anywhere else on the body it would deposit in the breasts making them bigger. I thought that was a neat idea even if it was a hoax. But happened to think about that for people who want to reduce fat pads.

I am working with some very cool magnetic creams that will serve many functions. We are still in development and with the money situation being slow, things are taking longer than I expected but I feel there is some awesome potential in creams enhanced with magnetic components, for healing, muscle building, even penis enlargement.
