Warm up and cool down info.

1) What are sufficient warm up and cool down methods to do before and after a girth workout?

2) What is the benefit of them, if any?

I have heard the term "warm-up" thrown around a lot and couldn't really find any solid info on what a warm up consists of. It'd be cool if any of you girth veterans could help me out. Thanks.
 
I never worried about cooling down, but I've always done a hot rag wrap warm-up for about ten minutes before I start to wet jelq. That way, I have as much blood as I can get down there before I start my routine.

This works great for both length and girth and it also helps me reach my maximum length and girth without edging. (which I do when I dry jelq).

It speeds up the whole process of jelqing and since you max. out sooner, you have a longer jelqing session at the fullest possible engorged state without getting a super hard boner.

I never go beyond 30% to 50% erect for jelqing, so I guess the point here is you get more blood in sooner so that you can still jelq at the lower erection angle.
 
Your best bet is to use warm-hot water for 5-10 minutes before and after your workouts. I've been using this method for a long time and it really helps to reduce any fluid buildup from the workout at the end, and it really prepares the tissues for the work ahead. With pumping I also make sure I wrap the tube with my heating pad and it's absolutely amazing. I still warm-up with the hot water bath and end with the same. It serves as a good way to initiate clean up without getting in the shower.
