1) What are sufficient warm up and cool down methods to do before and after a girth workout?
2) What is the benefit of them, if any?
I have heard the term "warm-up" thrown around a lot and couldn't really find any solid info on what a warm up consists of. It'd be cool if any of you girth veterans could help me out. Thanks.
