I think that warm tissue does stretch far better than cold tissue but I also think that relaxed, warm tissue allows for a longer stretch without deformation opposed to colder tissue that is more brittle in a sense that when stretched it becomes easier to break down. I think there may be merit in Cold-Ups before stretching followed by warm-downs after stretching. Doesn't this make more sense?
 
When the penile tissue is warm than its muich easier to work due to the increased blood flow to work with in the spaces and thats why its a better stretch. While cold the area constricts inside as the blood flow has been reduced, which gives a less stretch. Try it. Dip your cock in cold water and than stretch it. Its tougher. Do it in warm water and repeat. Much easier.

That is my point exactly, if it is less relaxed and cold the stretch would be harder but the tissue would be more brittle and should be easier to break down. If it is warm and relaxed it would stretch easier but the tissue would not break down as easy.
 
Well, to this question: I just finished a routine of warm up, stretching, pumping for an hour and finally stretching the pumped penis by hanging a 2.5 lb weight. While hanging I have an ice around the penis. The logic: warm facilitates the stretch and pump, weight holds the stretch, and ice causes the cells, stretched under weight, to fail to shrink under the stretch. Ligaments that are tight have been stretched with heat, held in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words], and then cemented with ice. Hopefully it works with other smooth tissues.

Interesting theory, DLD. I've always gone with the more warmth, the more my cock is pumped--whether I'm in an overheated room, under the covers, in a hot shower, an overheated pool, and it's a hot humid day. :s
 
I have thought about this a lot before and I have done it a few times but never consistently. I think in order to know for sure we need to test it for a month or so with a couple of guys. I also believe that there is merit in doing an intense girth session, clamping, and then icing the clamped penis to heal the tissue in stretched form.

I think it is worth a dedicated test. I am still inclined to ice first and heat after but again I wont know till I try.
