Do you guys warm down after a girth session? I always do a warm down after a length session. But when I do girth i sometimes do and sometimes don't. I get the feeling the pump stays in better when I don't do a warm down post girth workout.

What do you guys do, what are your experiences with this?
I always do a proper warm up with both length and girth btw
 
I never really did not do too many warm downs after girth work in a traditional sense, I would wrap myself in a heating pad and just let it sit there for hours as I worked. It kept me expanded and healing.

I'm going hard on girth and length right now, havent measured in a long time, but I don't want to measure until january 2010. Keeps me motivated to go hard.

I got another question, when i take L-arginine and ginkgo my dick gets harder but I get the feeling it gets less elastic to get in that pump when i do girth. So i'm thinkin about thaking no pills for a while see how that works.

Dare I say this be potentially game-changing? I know that 17ml, who has had magnificently phenomenal gains (inch plus each!), practically lived in the bathtub til his body turned into a giant raisin so to speak. If I could, I'd live in a hot-tub and somehow sleep in it. That'd probably be overkill but I'd try it for a month. Heat. The magic is heat. I'm a bit conflicted because I see merit in cooling down with cold, but damnit if I don't just try and cook my dick.
