It is way more comfortable than the noose. The [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]-mod doesn't restrict bloodflow, but I do take it off around 1-1.5h. My max wearing time was 3h in one set on low tension.
The stretch is different, because it attaches to the glans and foreskin. Most [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] are attached to the shaft and cut off blood circulation. The low amount of force makes it ok to use on the glans.
Foreskin is indeed a good thing with this mod. More foreskin is more grip on the cone. My skin is not being streched while extending.
IMHO... the stretch of the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] is 'less effective', but allows the user to wear it longer. You should choose which suits your Penis Enlargement-philosophy better.
