I'm going to start hitting my vacu-hanger soon and get that extra 1 inch I really want, but want to hear from other vacuum hanger users what they do in their routines and what is the schedule like i.e one on one off or five on 2 off etc and how long they hang for ... plus results you've seen and how long that took.

hey red. ive got a max vac, had it about 2 months now - no gains as of yet but im still working up with the weight. i have a problem with fluid buildup which forces me to progress slowly with adding weight. atm im hanging 11lbs SO for 30 mins (i do 2 sets). i try to work it every day but most weeks ends up being 6 on 1 off, or 5 on and 2 off.
 
I try to be consistent and do a minimum of 1-2 hours daily. Typically between 10-20 pounds on average. Also, I like to hook my hanger up to my bed headboard (with tie-downs) and get an excellent straight up stretch that can easily be maintained for multiple hours. I set it up to stretch to, or just beyond maximum stretch length. Been doing this for about 1 1/2 years.

I want length now ... 9.5 inches erect length is what I LUST FOR NOW!!!

Goldmember, that 90 minute hang...wow, and you can do that with the MaxVac? I ordered one, not here yet. I was up to 15 pounds with the bib, but could not go more than three sets of 20 each. Made my schlong go bonkers. Bib says to hang straight out to get length and tear down the tunica.

Do you compensate for the pully with the weight? Some loss must occur? GS

Actually, very little friction in my pulley setup. Skim my routine (in my sig) and look for my setup. The pulley is almost frictionless.
