I ordered the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] and the box came damaged and in terrible state. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Male Extra[/words] box was open and damaged as well. I shipped the product back and now they won't even refund the shipping cost (35 dollars).

This sound very odd and the first time I have ever heard of their product arriving damaged. There is no way they will charge you shipping again, what gives you this impression?
