have you been doing kegels all of your life and diddnt even notice?

i realized when i first started doing kegels that i have been doing them everytime i take a piss when im shakin it at the end a do a few kegels i dont know if its habit or its natural (if its natural and everyone does it than no one has ever brought it up) but i have been doing it all my life does anyone else do this or realized that they have been doing it.
 
I don't know about anyone else, but this is an on-going experience of mine: I took off time from doing kegels way back in like late June and I haven't seen a gain since like the beginning of August. I just got back into doing them this week and let me tell you my erections are of better quality than they had been for a while. I mean I know that's expected and I know DLD's uncomparable conclusion of the importance of kegels and reverse kegels in Penis Enlargement, but (and maybe I'm just clueless as to everyone else's impression on this) maybe Penis Enlargement after a certain point (I don't want to say all together because some might have seen gains without doing them or hardly really doing any) is impossible without proper PC training? I never thought about it until I read someone's post and it made me realize I hadn't been doing a lot of the basics. Jelqing and Kegeling being the two components of a solid Penis Enlargement foundation. I feel like such an ass wondering why my gains stopped almost completely after seeing .25 inch gain per month. (not EVERY month did I actually gain .25...it averaged out to be that)
 
do you guys think it is enough to do kegels during my jelqing routine? cause i get at least a few hundred kegels in every session; or should i have an entirely different time devoted to just kegels? it just seems to me that another entirely kegel routine would be overdoing my pc work which would result in weaker erections cause my pc would always be tired. comments please, i'm curious about this
 
I think as long as you get them in every day or with consistency you should be all right. I mean if you get in a couple hundred every girth session I don't think you need time devoted solely to kegels. Anyone else comments?

I think that a couple hundred legels every girth session is fine at first. But eventually, you'll have to do more to get continued results. For example if someone was to start Penis Enlargement today and all he did was a couple hundred jelqs a day, he most likely see results at first but eventualy he'll either have to add more or additional exercizes to continue progressing. JMO
 
true sik, I agree with that. Damn it, better get back to where i did 1000 a day. I'm only at 400-500 right now. I honestly find myself getting tired and fatigued PC wise now since I hadn't done them in a long while. And to think at one time it was the only form albeit only a complement to Penis Enlargement that I knew of.
 
The best part of kegel exercizes is that you can do them anytime and anywhere, nit just when you're doing your Penis Enlargement workout. I do them on my commute to and from work and sometimes when i remember to, i'll also do them while i'm sitting at my desk or lying in bed. They are by far the easiest and convenient Penis Enlargement exercize to do...
 
I love to do kegels.Just havent been able to get myself to doing it unconciously yet.I tend to just forget sometimes for some strange reason.

Music is the answer:) You know how to keep a beat, when the bass drum drops kegel to the beat. Eventually you will will have a unconsciously, musical pelvic floor muscle:D
 
DLD, that just about what i do when i'm driving to/from work. I crank up the tunes and squeeze to the beat. At first it was hard to focus on kegels when listening to music by after about a week or two, it becomes natural.
