Ulis. This is a great exercise to increase girth. It is also very easy and does not take much time. Achieve a full erection and grip the base of your penis the same way you would if you were jelqing. Squeeze as hard as you can without causing discomfort. Your penis shaft should swell and your penis head should get big and shiny. Hold for ten seconds and rest for ten seconds. Repeat this three or four times.
 
Sure. Horse squeezes would be doing the same thing and then squeezing your gland once you are clamped with your hand.
 
Be careful with these though, you're asking a lot of your erectile tissues, tunica in particular. If you're not properly conditioned through several months (at least) of Penis Enlargement experience you could injure yourself quite easily.
Nobody wants a cock-blowout at 10 PSI !

weird question but you know how you can feel your inner penis in your ball sac? Is there a routine where you can squat, grab the inner penis with thumb and pointer finger, and stretch it out? Emphasis on actually grabbing the inner penis.

This is called Expressive Stretching which can be found in my SRT Routine or in the Expressive Stretching Thread. There are a few ways you can accomplish this.
