ULI Question

I've been seeing a lot of people utilizing ULI's lately for girth work so I took a look at them but am still having trouble grasping the entire concept. So I've d/l videos and looked at picture demonstrations, but to me it looks like a really tight dry jelq where you go back and forth at the point where you cannot push forward with your "finger ring" anymore. Is this the correct method ?:(
Thanks in advance!

Basically with an ok grip at the base, you kegel in as much blood as you can, grasp hard, and move that ok grip up the shaft as far as you can (maybe a half an inch.) That's really it. Good Luck.

Hmm, sounds simple enough. In the video I saw though the demo-man was moving his grip up and down slightly. Is this just a variation on the ULI?

I guess that people has different ways of pumping the max amount of blood into the penis. I do a little of what you explained to fill it up, then keep the grip until the head starten to get from stone to a bit loser. Then pump max again.

That's pretty much the original Uli. Start like AlloyCG described, then hold at that position for some time (I prefer about 30 seconds), then you try to move the o-grip a little closer to the head for even more expansion. Take it easy though, it's a pretty intense exercise.

I thought a ULI was simply pumping blood into the penis, gripping the base with an OK grip when fully engorged and holding it. ?:(

Provider - you are absoultely right. Some people, like myself, like to pull that ok grip forward just a little for more expansion. Others have their own quirks too I suppose.

That's just a common trap. Uli's original explanation (which can be found here) clearly states that there's a movement of the tight o-grip twards the head.
