umm as far as schedule goes its just stretching thats it...basic stretching with a couple dld foot long stretches thats all i been doin 7 days a week for about an 1 - 1 1/2 hour
yea thanks im seein good results with lazy ass tretches too...where you put it under you leg/butt its a good stretch at different and new angles its goin good

measured today...and ......... now hit 7 1/4 maybe might because i did a big length work out today but i was happy as hell ....now im tryna get to 8 length and now tryna focus on more girth ....thank god ...gains are comin strongly now...the dld footlong stretch and the lazy ass stretches i give most of the credit to too...thanks to everyone who supports this website ..its great and so are you's
