hey all... - new here
been reading lots of posts on the various techniques and I've been practising for about a week now. Two 20 minute sessions a day... mainly stretches.
Currently sitting at:
6.0 EL
4.75 EG
I need to be totally honest though. Do the various techniques, proformed religiously, actually work? Did you guys feel this the same as me when you first started. Thinking - 'This won't change my size... will it?'
I'd love to add an inch or two on my current length, but i'm just having a tough time thinking this will get me there.
Any thoughts...
