I have become so focused on Penis Enlargement that I think about it all the time. As a result I tend to practice it alot also. I've been doing at least an hour of newbie stretching every day. Sometimes more like 1.5 or more. I spend around 30 min on average in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] doing the supersets....sometimes twice a day. I've been trying hanging and clamping. I usually hang 5 lbs for a total of about 40 min every few days and clamp about 30 to 40 min a day.

The problem is I'm not seeing any results! Ya its nice and plump after a good clamping session but first thing in the morning it seems smaller than ever. Maybe its a deception I don't know. It seems like the more I do the less I get. Am I doing to much? I can't slack off now because its almost an addiction. I keep thinking I should be getting bigger and just push through it. What do y'all think? Keep going or slow down. Stop all together or ramp it up....take it to the next level.
 
If you don't mind spending all that time on pe you'll see results, be patient, don't measure for a couple months and I think you'll have great results. Lol I need to take my own advice, I just haven't been working as much as you.
 
Keep it at what your doing but take a 2 day break and measure. Avoid measuring or doing anything with it besides some minor jelging and/or some quick MANUAL stretching.

Your penis will shrink from intense workouts due to the fact that the tissue is being shocked and the nerves/tissue will retract. I read that in some bullshit article somewhere, I forget where. But it seems to be true. Take a little time off. 2 days of relaxation and then go back at it, and when you measure before you go back at it you might notice something.
 
If you are not gaining of the routine you are using it is time to either ramp up the time and intensity or move into a new, more intense routine. Some guys just need a bigger push than others.
 
Last night while doing the hardcore stretch there was a sort of pop then I started feeling something in my lower abdominal area. It was the first time I've ever felt anything there so im pretty excited. When I am stretching I am pulling with maximum intensity. And when im pumping I am pumping the max! Hopefully its just fatigue but im not gonna stop all Penis Enlargement to find out. I do have a ring at the base of ny penis that lighter colored now like its new skin but it might be from clamping. I have faith in what im doing so I will just try to pull harder and longer and clamp more often with longer [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions!

POP! very scary in Penis Enlargement when you do not know what it is! Some guys hear a pop and they can't can't erections for days and the funny thing is, it is all in their minds:) The Pop is very normal and absolutely nothing to fear:) It is just like cracking your knuckles! Air becomes trapped under the ligaments against the pelvic bone, when you pull hard enough you will hear an auditory pop.
