I talked to a couple of people that hang and asked them why some hangers Penis Enlargement everyday and even "hang through fatigue" or sore ligs. Also why people who stretch manually take days off. I asked because altough my ligs sometimes are sore or fatigued I can always get a full hard erection so stretching does little to my EQ but maybe drops it to a 9 or 8 but no lower. So to those who manual stretch everyday maybe taking like 2-3 days off a month, do you have those days where your ligs are sore from the previous workout and you maybe stretch lighter or with less sets? Or do you have no fatigue at all from your previous workouts?
 
Days off are for recovery. Given time, all of the stress you're putting on your ligs and the rest of your penis will need to be dealt with. Some men have great recovery abilities and are able to train for many days straight without seemingly needing to take any time off. It's been my experience though that proper time off speeds gains. A lot of men will note a boost in their gains and EQ after taking some much needed rest- especially a layoff after several weeks of hard training.
 
This may be a bit off topic but I just want to add that the day after a Penis Enlargement session that gave me some fatigue (sore ligs etc) I have awesome erections. Im not sure if this is b/c the body is trying to deliver more blood to aid in healing or what... Any thoughts?

Also - hard ons should occur... If they dont something is wrong = take a break
 
I think if you're in good health and eating right and drinking a lot of good water, and don't have some crazy routine, then getting enough sleep at night should be enough. Some people get, I don't know, a cut or a bruise or something and it heals overnight. Other people it might take a few days. Everyone's different. I think the key really isn't following a regimen like 2 on 1 off, but learning to be in tune with your body and knowing the signs of what you can take and when you should rest.

Personally, I think that as long as you can get expansion, the rest doesn't matter as much. Some people believe masturbation hinders gains. I think it only does in an indirect sense if it prevents you from getting an erection. I clamp and I need to be able to get strong erections. I think the magic is in the healing. Basically we're softly breaking something so that it will heal to be bigger and stronger. So I guess things that might help healing might help gains. Maybe more could be done in that regard than just warm and cool downs. Anyone ever think about IcyHot? Lol, I wouldn't recommend it, exposing your penis to those chemicals that absorb through skin, but in the Ancient Penis Enlargement thread the idea of alternating heat and cold was very interesting to me. Surprisingly little has been done with regard to combining Penis Enlargement and supplements. Penis Enlargementers don't talk about it as much. We'll get there. But I think a damn good balanced diet and being in good health is better than any supplement in pill form. I mean what's better, synthetically made laboratory vitamin C in powder form, or just a fucking orange.

That depends- if you're a beginner, training 3x a week should provide you with adequate rest, assuming you're not overtraining. As you advanced, you can work up to training 5x a week. One important note- VERY advanced trainees may find that they'll have to start taking more rest days since their recovery abilities may not be able to keep up with the increase amount of intensity/volume they're able to generate.

An example of this is illustrated very well with hanging. As a beginner, you can likely handle 3 lbs or so without too much issue, but when you get to the point to where you're able to use 30 lbs, the stress on your penis and its auxiliary support system will be stressed proportionately much more than when you were only able to hang with 3 lbs.
