I've been getting really depressed lately. Time to do PE is becoming a real issue for me and i don't know what to do. I feel as though I'm not getting anywhere with it and frustrated cause I don't have the time to do anything. Every spare moment I have I'm doing something but I still don't think it's enough. Right now my goal is length. I want nothing more than to get an 8" penis. So everything I do is concentrating on that. I'm doing the basic stretch routine in the morning or sometimes in the evening after my shower depending on how my dick is responding. Sometimes in the morning all he wants to do is get hard when i touch it so I'll put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] instead and wait til that evening to stretch. If I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] in the morning I'm only getting about 2 hrs in before I have to go to work and after my stretch in the evening I get about 3 to 4 hrs in it. I feel as though I'm not getting enough time to make any gains and it's really starting to get frustrating and depressing. Is there anything that can be done in short time frames that will be effective but not eat up so much time. I know PE is a marathon and not a sprint. I'm not looking for instant gains I'm just looking to be productive with the time I do have. I don't know maybe I'm just wasting my time because I don't have time. Damn it I wish I had more time.

I think you are over complicating things. Keep it simple, you have plenty of time. According to what you are saying you are putting in 5-6 hours a day now. Not many people have all day to PE, nor is it necessary. I currently use my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] a couple of hours a day at very high intensity. I think intensity is the key and shorter, more intense sessions are the way to go. You could do a good manual routine as your main workout and wear your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] when you can and still have plenty of time. If getting an erection is an issue in the morning then ejaculate first then stretch. Do piss pulls after you take a leak. If you have any interest in hanging, check out the hardcore hanging forum. This is something I have also had success with. If you will just look at things a little differently, I'm sure you will see that you have plenty of time. This is something that I also had to learn.

When we think on time so much it can become a disability in training. Our focus in PE needs to be on enlarging, not time, leave time out of the mix and you will find more mental energy given to the actual enlargement part of the process. Create smaller goals that are easier to accomplish and feel good about reaching them. Sometimes climbing one mountain can seem like an eternity but when we break it down into smaller hills we need to travel it becomes easier and more doable.
 
Thanks tef1 and DLD, I just wanted to make sure that the time I'm spending on PE is productive and not just wasting time. You hear and see so much on here to get gains that sometimes it feels so overwhelming and I start to think how in the world I can put all that time into it and I start to think the time I am putting in is in vain. I do try to go as intense as I can without hurting myself because of the lack of time I have and I'm hoping that's the best way to go. I am also doing as you suggest DLD as far as making small goals. I'm actually looking for half inch increments. I'm 6.5 NBP now and 7 NBP is my first goal. I would love to put the 6 inch category behind me and finally get into the 7 inch group. Hope all I'm doing will put me there soon. Thanks for your help and if you or anyone else can guide me further please throw it at me.

I understand on every level and it can be an anxious place to be and this is why small, attainable goals make time so much more manageable. Also, be creative with time in the way you spend it, taking advantage of opportunities in the day where you can get more training in. Many guys come here with similar issues and what I have seen work for them to stay in the game is shooting for smaller goals and gaining confidence in these gains to go on to make bigger ones. Stay involved with the Brotherhood too, give us updates, help others, etc. this also works to keep us highly motivated and able to commit to the journey.
